    • Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are exploring options for international shipping and will update our customers as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy

At Toddler Pot Pie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we have a straightforward returns policy to assist you:

    • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

      • Opened toys and games

      • Personalized items

      • Digital products or downloadable content

  3. How to Initiate a Return

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@toddlerpotpie.com or call us at 7022785172. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.

  4. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Refund Process
